1. What are cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) are small pieces of information stored on your device by websites you visit.
2. Our approach
The British West Airlines website uses only strictly necessary technologies. We do not use advertising, analytics, social media or other optional cookies, and no tracking takes place. Because only strictly necessary technologies are used, consent is not required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR); we show an information notice instead.
3. Technologies we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| bwa_privacy_notice_v1 | Local storage (first party) | Remembers that you have seen the privacy and cookie notice | Until cleared by you |
Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security and content delivery. [confirm with hosting provider before publication]
4. Managing your settings
You can review the notice at any time using the button below or the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You can also clear stored data through your browser settings.
5. Changes
If optional technologies are introduced in future, this policy will be updated and your choice will be requested before any are used. See also our Privacy Policy.
